Refund Policy

At Healthy Tasty Recipes, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, orders are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate transaction.

  • You did not receive the purchased digital product because of a technical issue on our side.

  • The digital product delivered to you is materially different from the product description.

  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased product and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Any refund request will be reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds generally will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental purchase where the product has already been delivered

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing

  • Lack of interest in the product after purchase

  • Failure to use or download the product

  • Requests made after the digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed

Cancellation

Because digital products are processed electronically, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

We will review the circumstances and determine whether cancellation is possible.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Name used for the order

  • Email address used during checkout

  • Order ID

  • Reason for your request

  • Any relevant screenshots or information

We aim to respond to refund requests within 1–2 business days.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
